who specialise in all things colour. We strongly believe in the importance of self-care, embracing natural beauty
and individuality. Find us in our airy, plant filled Red Hill studio doing what we do best - creating serious hair
magic!.
We love welcoming guests into our happy little hair haven, offering a safe space for like-minded souls. Our mission
is to provide luxury service, tailored to each individual, which is why we choose to work one on one with our guests.
At Bambi and Bear, we respect our fur friends and ensure all our products are vegan and cruelty free. We are also
proud members of the Sustainable Salons Organisation! To find out how we are reducing our carbon footprint and

There is plenty of free street parking located around the salon, and we also have a bus stop right on our doorstep!

Salon Policies
Booking deposit
All clients are required to pay a $50.00 deposit when booking an appointment. This deposit is not an extra charge and is simply held on your account then taken off your final bill.
Confirmation messages and cancellations
We completely understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your appointment. Please provide Bambi and Bear with 48 hours
notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If failed to provide notice, or simply do not show up to the appointment,
your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to pay an additional deposit to re-book.
Confirmation messages are sent out 3 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. We ask that you please confirm your appointment
in a timely manner. Unfortunately, if your appointment has not been confirmed within 48 hours of your booking and we have tried to contact
you with no response, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Late arrivals
We understand how easy it is to lose track of time! If you are running late to your appointment, then please give us a call. In most cases we can still squeeze you in but some of your original service may be sacrificed. If you are more than 30 minutes late unfortunately you will need to be rescheduled.
Salon health/Covid 19
For the health and safety of our beautiful clients and staff, we kindly ask that you please come to your appointment alone. If you have tested positive for Covid-19, are a close contact or are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms then please reschedule your appointment. Please note that if you do show up to your appointment with cold/flu symptoms then you may be asked to reschedule your booking and pay a cancellation fee.
Adjustment period
Here at Bambi and Bear we want to ensure all our guests have an incredible, high-quality experience! On the rare occasion that you aren't 100% obsessed with your locks, please get in touch. We offer a complimentary adjustment period of two weeks following your appointment.
Right to refuse service
Bambi and Bear will not tolerate inappropriate behavior towards our guests or staff members. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
